Great Italian food for a ridiculously low price.

This place is amazing! I am literally sitting here at our table posting this review so I don't forget! My wife had chicken scampi and it had a good lemon undertone. I had the chicken Murphey, which I have never ordered before, and it is my new favorite dish! We will definitely return and order delivery for pasta night!!Can I add more stars? They really earned it!

Great food, good prices and the staff is always friendly.

Waitress says the rain brought the patrons in, True every other table was occupied. My Alfredo pasta was delicious.

This Place is Slow and their food is not good... I thought it would be better cause its a whole in the wall type place but its just not good...

The lasagna is delicious, and only 7 bucks during lunch (12p - 3p). The pizza by the slice is also really good and they serve big slices

Great food and great service. Thank you. Pizza is an excellent choice but the salad and baked ziti was always really good. The kids plates are a little pricey but wasn't disappointed when I saw the amount of food.

I love the bread sticks,in my opinion they are better than O garden, the salad can use some work but the flavor of my main dish was phenomenal I had meatballs and sausage my table consisted of 6 people of all ages and we all had a different meal but we all agreed that the food taste was great this is not my first time at Mama Mia's and I hope is not the last one either!.

Ordered on line, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Drove through drive thru and waited 15 minutes before they even came to the window, they kept passing by and saw us several times but never stopped to ask us if they could help us. As we were just about to drive away, someone acknowledged us and said she would be right back. She came back after another 5 minutes and asked us to drive around. We did and after another 15 minutes we drove back to the drive thru to ask for a refund. She said they were waiting on the bread, we told her we didn't want the bread and at this point just wanted a refund. We finally got our food, but will NEVER go back. I guess that's why the car in front of us left without ordering or picking up.

meat lover and cheese and pepperoni stuffed pizzas are just so good and filling and even though they are on the pricey side you get what you paid for. good quality. and filling!

The food here is perfect! I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place. The Alfredo sauce here is immaculate, I will say that you get what you pay for. The best part is that the prices are really reasonable and worth it.

Homestyle Italian. New York style pizza. Delicious. May wait a little longer for it, but it's worth it! The bread and salad with house dressing alone is delicious. I usually get the veal manicotti. It's rich and flavorful.

Yumm..ORDER EXTRA BREAD NOW!We have been eating here just a little over a year. Fabulous food! Great staff. It's now our Family place.My kids knew exactly what I wanted to eat for Mother's Day! Mamma Mia's!Of course we did Take Out, the meal is as good as it is dinning in. Truly great Italian food. Homemade everything. May look a little old fashion on the inside, but it just means more attention to the details of high quality ingredients and yummy dishes!

OMG the food is amazing. I travel to get there spaghetti. There staff is so sweet and the pizza and lasagna really good too.

Pizza by the slice!! Don't find that to often!! Walked in around 2pm and ordered 2 slices, a few minutes later, hot, thin, crispy crust pizza!! I will be back!!

The food was all very delicious and atmosphere was very friendly! Ordered a bit of everything and was not disappointed, also the fresh rolls with the olive oil is great!

This was our first visit and my boyfriend and I were very impressed! Pizza (Hawaiian) was delicious!! The crust, New York Style, was great!! The waitress and staff were friendly and attentive. The bread basket and olive oil was so tasty! Can't wait to go back to try their Ravioli.

Was looking for the 0 star option, but this will do. I've never waited so long for such a simple order. Had 3 people ask for the order name and the rest just looked at me like an idiot. Save your time and money, this place isn't worth either.

last night was the first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the superb cooking and booze and with the friendly price. We will definitely come back in a short time.

I went early to make sure they would be making it on time. I was totally amazed that 10 pies were ready at exactly at 11:45 and the last 2 came out 2 minutes later. They were not made earlier and sitting under a heat lamp!!!Now about the extra large pizzas. They were outstanding and our party truly loved the pizza. We had a cheese, a Canadian bacon, a pepperoni and a white pizza. They were not greasy or oily pizzas but were extremely tasty.

Hands down the absolute best Chicken Alfredo I have ever tasted. I served in the Navy and have visited Italy and this folks is true Italian cuisine. Great service delicious food and great prices. We moved to Cypress and STILL drive out to Pasadena just for Momma Mia’s. Thanks for being authentic and consistent with your excellent dishes.

I had the Chicken primavera and the Strawberry cheese cake. THEY MAKE MOST OF EVERYTHING IN THE RESTAURANT, their bread was so good, the dish was soooo good, the chicken was well cooked and had a good portion of artichokes! So delicious and would recommend coming for a first date, post party or a family dinner. Their bread is fresh and the seating is very spacious.

Delicious. Great customer service!!! I will definitely come back for dining in and bring my children and housband to enjoy a delicious dinner!

One thing to say: BREADSTICKS. Okay well I have more, lol. I love this place, mostly because it's very nostalgic to me (as I'd skip class to come eat here). The pizza is good! Ask for it a lil extra crispy to make it more holdable, I love the olive oil dip and the pasta is good too!

This is a friendly, laid back place with excellent pizza, pasta and salads. The service is fast and efficient. All of the staff are very attentive and welcoming. The fresh warm rolls and olive oil that comes with most meals is almost worth the trip on its own. Some of the most authentic and delicious pizza in the area and it says a lot about how good their many pastas are that I don't get pizza every time I visit. Well worth a try!

Called the first time to pick up my order and they put me on hold for about 3 minutes. had to call a second time and he told me that he would bring it out to my vehicle. waited about 15 minutes and then called a third time and that's when he told me that they were bagging it right now and bring it out to me. They didn't even provide utensils. When I call you the first time don't put me on hold for 3 minutes. and then when I call on the second time, please explain to me that my food wasn't ready instead of making me wait 15 minutes. ended up waiting about 30 minutes after my food was supposedly ready to be picked up.

Last time my family and I ordered, the food was really good. This LAST time I ordered my family and I called in an order, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we went through the drive-thru to pick up our order. We waited 15 minutes for our order, while employees were literally walking past the window, saw us and just laughed. It took us an hour to get our food. If you like good food and don't mind waiting an hour after placing an order then check it out, however I will never get food from here again.

I ordered from momma mia's I got the veal picatta with pasta. It was delicious delicious delicious!!! I will definitely eat there again and again and again!

Oh my god. So good. Everything is really fresh and the portions are huge. You will not walk away hungry after eating here.

I’ve eaten here three times now and have never had a bad experience. The pasta dishes are always great as well as the giant pizzas they make. The pricing is very fair too. If you’re looking for a change from the typical chains I highly recommend Mamma Mia’s.

These guys are local favorites for so many reasons. Friendly staff, short wait time and cleans restrooms are all valid reasons. But most importantly, it’s the food. Be it pizza or pasta, these guys are top. Definitely recommend this place. Ideal place for large groups or families as well.

Always great food and even better prices

Being from Brooklyn, NY born n raised 31 years of my life....this place comes the closest to NY style pizza by the slice in Pasadena. SInce moving out here 3 years ago their pizza slices taste and look like some of the Pizzerias out in NYC.

Had a great time this last weekend, The Calamari has light crispy and nicely seasoned a great change from the large corp restaurants which over cook it and it turns into rubber or under cook it . I had Lasagna and I must say just the right amount of ricotta also, if it ain't got ricotta it AIN'T right.. ahhaha. My daughter loved the pizza. I must add if I would give it 6 stars if they had cannolis' with pistachio sprinkles or chocolate chip on them. A very positive experience. Mario

Doesn't matter if there are many guests or few this restaurant always takes very long to complete orders. Over 35 minutes to make one pizza on a slow day. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time.

Overall Great Restaurant! Food is Very good, if any of y’all ever go there Get the Chicken Marcella very good! Waiter was quite Annoying, couldn’t get thru our meal without him Constantly asking us dumb questions.. overall it was great!

Mama Mia’s is a pleasant change from the corporate nation wide Italian chains. Next to San Jac College it’s a popular spot for family’s and students. I’ve tried most everything on the menu and I’ve never had a bad meal. Just great home style Italian cooking. If you are dining with small kids or you just want a snack they sell pizza by the slice! Why buy a whole pie when you just want a piece! They also do a great job on packaging meals to go!

I ordered food yesterday, and the woman who took my order was so nice, and so helpful- she made my heart smile. Then I picked up my food and they were so kind, and the food was amazingly tasty!! I WILL be back- maybe even today!

This place is better then any Olive Garden we love the pasta and pizZa Chicken parm is amazing and the veal!! Delicious

Chicken Alfredo is lit. It's a BYOB restaurant too. Price was decent for the taste and amount of food. Garlic bread was awesome. But the waiter was a little much. Lol tried to be funny maybe?

Desiree was our server and she was great. Very personable and nice. Food was delicious, chicken alfredo was definitely authentic! Will eat here again.
